The aim of this task is to evaluate the gonadal, reproductive, and sexual status in a series of young subjects in relation to metabolic alterations and to the presence of environmental pollutants in order to be able to early identify any alterations in the subject's health in order to limit their progression and impact on aging.
Brief description of the activities and of the intermediate results:
In this phase, the enrollment of young subjects between 18 and 35 years of age has been started at our andrology center, which has allowed us to identify a population of subjects with hypogonadism, from which to identify a blueprint person, on the basis of which it has been possible to identify the unmet needs and any applicable technologies in order to manage in a more complete way the needs of this case study, little studied in the literature, with the aim of avoiding complications that then have long-term repercussions on the health of the individual and on his aging.
Main policy, industrial and scientific implications:
This phase promotes the development of good practices to promote the clinical evaluation of young males of childbearing age with the aim of early identification of pathologies that may have repercussions on general, reproductive and sexual health and on aging.

Creating a self-care app to support healthy aging.
Evidence to support the creation of interventions aimed at awareness of successful aging.
Creation and application of innovative protocols of multidimensional interventions for health promotion.
Brief description of the activities and of the intermediate results:
At this stage the paper on the use case was sent for a review in the age-It group, and the technologies useful for the realization of the project were identified, furthermore meetings were held to initially define the project and the protocol on which to start the pilot work after approval by the ethics committee
Main policy, industrial and scientific implications:
The implications of this phase are represented by the publication of a work that shows for the first time the needs and characteristics of the population under study, and the implementation of the project will allow to better managing this specific clinical problem in a multidimensional way
Brief description of the activities and of the intermediate results:
At this stage, the manuscript relating to the use cases has been completed with the relevant interventions of colleagues from the department of architecture, nutrition and nursing, we are waiting for the last intervention by colleagues in psychiatry for completion and subsequent submission to the journal.
The request for the technologies necessary for the pilot has been made, which has been structured and we are waiting for submission to the ethics committee.
