Biosketch: Adriana Cerasuolo is a PhD student in Social Sciences and Statistics at the University of Naples Federico II. Her research focuses on active aging and social policies as part of the National AGE-IT Project. Within Spoke 1, she contributes as a PhD researcher to the development of statistical tools for public policy evaluation and decision-making, employing both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Adriana has extensive professional experience in the nonprofit sector as a Project Manager at Traparentesi APS, where she oversees communication and fundraising activities, including grant scouting, event planning, and KPI analysis. She has also worked as a Consultant for active labor policies at Anpal Servizi, providing technical support to employment centers and analyzing local labor market trends. Additionally, she has lectured on Cultural Anthropology at the University of Naples Federico II, addressing multicultural contexts in education.
Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Social Policies and Territorial Planning (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both from the University of Naples Federico II. She holds an Executive Master's in Social Entrepreneurship from ALTIS, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, specializing in social innovation, service design, and nonprofit management.
