Biosketch: Michele Marzulli is an Associate Professor at Ca' Foscari University in Venice, Italy. With extensive teaching experience in sociology of health and public policy analysis, he has also held academic positions at several prestigious universities, including Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Università degli Studi di Trento. Currently involved in several national and international research projects, his interests focus mainly on social innovation, ageing, health systems and community resilience. He is currently the University's delegate for social inclusion and social justice in the National Academic Network on Sustainability (RUS); and the Department of Economics' delegate for accessibility, disability, inclusion and gender equality. After the PhD in Sociology and Methodology of Social Research, he has delved into the problems of methodology, participating among others in the faculty of the high school of social research methodology of the Italian Sociology Association (non-standard days) and in recent times in participatory research. Marzulli serves as the Scientific Director of the Social Innovation Unit at the Yunus Social Business Centre and member of the Research Institute for Social Innovation - Public governance, welfare and social innovation. He is actively involved in national and international research projects aimed at fostering health systems analysis, public policies, and sustainable development.
