Biosketch: Arianna Costantini is an Assistant Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2020 through a cotutelle program between the University of Verona and the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. She is a member of the editorial board of the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. In 2020 she received awards for Best PhD Thesis and Best Scientific Article from the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP). Her research interests include job design and redesign, proactive work behaviors, and wellbeing at work, contributing valuable insights into the enhancement of workplace environments and employee experiences.
