Biosketch: Chiara Rapallini is an Associate Professor of Public Economics at the University of Florence. She teaches "Design and Evaluation of Behavioral Policies" to undergraduate students and "Behavioral Economics" to graduate and PhD students. She is the Director of the Interuniversity Center for Experimental Economics (CIES) and an Associate Editor of the Italian Economic Journal. Currently, she is the local coordinator of the research project I-RIDE (Do I want to ride my bicycle? Welfare Effects, Habit Formation, and Projection Bias in Cycling) funded by the PRIN PNRR 2022. She is also responsible for the DISEI Department's involvement in the AGE-IT (Ageing Well in an Ageing Society) project, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Additionally, she is a member of the ECoHeTE (Effective Communication for Healthcare: Theory and Evidence) research project, funded by Unifi. Her research focuses on Behavioral Economics, personality traits and economic decisions, and economic demography.
