WP1 sets a shared methodological framework to ground interdisciplinary research and education on ageing, focusing on: 1)longitudinal data collection (identifying, harmonizing existing longitudinal cohort data; defining a shared minimum dataset including multidimensional assessment of age-related diseases, multimorbidity and frailty and related outcomes; designing and implementing new longitudinal data collections in suitable population cohorts at high-risk of adverse outcomes; 2)assessing sex and gender effect in ageing research; 3)designing and implementing educational programmes on ageing (Interdisciplinary PhD Aging School; Health Literacy programmes for older people, caregivers, enterprises)
